Is It Really Healthy To Eat Just 500 Calories A Day?

Every one of us, myself included in this statement wishes to find themselves a speedy approach to lose weight. The thought of spending weeks eating lettuce for every meal and getting up at the crack of dawn to walk a couple of kilometers just to see the scales drop scarcely at all.

That is part of the reason why when just about anyone talks about a new diet plan that promises far-reaching weight loss so many of us jump at it. It is only natural to want instant results so when long as they offer that in the ads we all jump at it. Dreams of finally being able to fit into our skinny jeans drive us forward.

What if the plan could possibly do you more harm than good? Will you still follow it? Not everyone is made exactly alike so not everyone will react to drastic diet plans in the identical way. So exactly who is a 500 calorie diet plan ideal for?

Not very many people at all will be happy with a 500 a day diet, it is just too extreme for many of us. If you are really just hoping to lose a few lbs then the chances are that you already need a limited calorie intake so cutting it a bit more will probably not make a huge difference. If you are 100lbs overweight and all of a sudden drop from a 4000 a day to 500 a day calorie diet then your body may probably wonder what the heck is going on and may start doing very funny things.

Your system needs tomaintain equilibrium, you need to balance your ingestion of sugars, carbs and especially fats to make sure you can stay in good physical shape. We are plump because we need overloaded on (habitually) fats and sugars, and in excess these are not wholesome. However if you suddenly go and slash everything out and just hope it works out you are certain to have issues.

Your bodies vital organs have certain nutrients to survive, if you are not eating the correct things you can badly affect them. If you consider that the 500 calorie diet plan is ideal for you, then at least discuss it with your Dr before you start it and make sure you are healthy enough for the diet. - 33373
