A lot of of these claims may be somewhat overstated as there is not one "miracle" food that supercedes all others but the fact is that there are actually many, many "miraculous" foods and the acai berry is just one of them.

Nevertheless this little berry and the products created from it are not the miracle cure for everything that ails you such as anti-aging, fat fighting and disease prevention. The acai berry is just one component in the quest for great health.
